Senior Active Directory Specialist

Job Description
- Experience in the Identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
- Expert knowledge of authentication with SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Kerberos.
- Experience in providing Federated Identity solutions such as PING Federate or ADFS.
- Prior experience in implementing RBAC solutions for cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID).
- Scripting and automation skills, including PowerShell.
- Engage and advise stakeholders on Identity and Access Management best practices.
- Define, improve, and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Privileged Access Management.
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization software.
- Leverage platform engineering expertise to contribute to platform features and services.
- Deeply understand and build expertise on the platform, aligning with business and customer requirements.
- Contribute to defining and implementing the development/engineering lifecycle and lead improvements.
- Ensure maintainable test infrastructure.
- Uphold principles of self-service, scalability, reusability, resilience, and stability in development practices.
- Focus on delivering a stable and user-friendly experience in all design and development activities.
- Provide ideas for platform enhancement and optimization.
- Maintain a strong commitment to quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Align with platform and service release plans for effective deployment.
- Drive and participate in design review processes and practices.
- Share lessons learned to benefit the broader team.
- Facilitate problem resolution, root cause analysis, and sustainable solutions.
- Continuously review and optimize team processes and engineering quality.
- Maintain platform standards and promote best practices across teams.
- Monitor platform performance and translate data into actionable insights.
