Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Mapping: Review and streamline financial workflows across multiple sites and functions.
• ERP Migration Execution: Support planning, reconciliations, and data validation during the move to Sage300.
• Financial Operations & Reporting: Ensure accuracy across AP, AR, GL, cashbook, and fixed assets while supporting reporting and compliance.
• Training & Change Management: Develop training materials, guide finance teams, and act as the go-to expert for Sage300.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with IT, operations, auditors, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth transition.

What They’re Looking For

• BCom Accounting.
• Completed articles (SAICA / SAIPA)
• 5+ years’ post-articles accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Proven ERP / system migration experience (Sage300 highly beneficial).
• Strong IFRS knowledge, consolidations & reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
• Industry experience in fuel, retail, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
