KPA's
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Build strategic / Industry / Global network of thought leaders and relationships utilising social media, attending and presenting at conferences and training interventions.
  • Ensure clients' needs are understood and met by conducting ongoing client needs analysis on client segment; market; product; industry and region though constant contact with clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Conduct client assessment feedback sessions to build sustainable client relationships and meet the client's requirements.
  • Build networks by attending relevant market data related learning interventions or focus sessions to network with existing clients and understand client requirements.
  • Build solid client relationships and position yourself as the client point of contact at the for all queries and monitor the assistance received when dealing with other teams.
  • Be a custodian of the division's NPS Score
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive new business for the division.
  • Play a key role in marketing new products, platforms or geographies to new clients by using industry knowledge and networks.
Process Management
  • Manage own delivery against sales delivery plan and set timelines, identify obstacles and risks to delivery and take appropriate action where required
  • Ensure ongoing feedback from clients are recorded, acted on and escalated to the sales manager with proposed recommendation and mitigated actions to ensure it is closed off at the clients
  • Provide input into the on-boarding activities for clients to ensure that the process is completed effectively and professionally.
  • Manage client account plans on the sales system to meet client targets and source market intelligence to identify client trends relevant to the market.
  • Manage end to end process of client accounts, which includes the entire sales process (beginning with explaining the product and pricing, to forwarding to sales support team to ensure that on-boarding of clients are processed).
  • Ensure all client-related administration processes are completed and recorded on systems or centrally to manage the client service update process and ongoing recording of client and market intelligence information to track sales activities on the sales system in support of the end-to-end sales process for sustainable growth.
  • Identify and raise opportunities to improve existing procedures and processes and escalate to managers to ensure most efficient and effective usage of client information relevant to procedures and processes
  • Manage own delivery against agreed deliverables and set timelines, identify obstacles and risks in delivery and take appropriate action where required.
  • Promote and sell all market data products to current client base to promote the SA market and encourage trading activities to increase market data revenue.
  • Meet business and compliance expectations by keeping abreast of established market data best practice procedures in relation to all market data products and services.
  • Consult with existing client base to source client market intelligence in support of changes to products, commercials policies and agreements.
