About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to fuel the expansion of a rapidly growing franchise brand across the U.S. In this high-impact, full-cycle sales role, you’ll manage your own pipeline, close strategic deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed agreement
  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities
  • Run discovery calls and deliver compelling, personalized pitches
  • Close mid- to high-ticket deals with confidence and care
  • Guide prospective franchisees through key business decisions
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Share feedback and market insights to refine our sales approach
  • Partner with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning
  • Mentor junior reps and help foster a strong, collaborative sales culture
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, healthcare, or franchise sales preferred)
  • Track record of closing deals with business owners or executives
  • Strong consultative selling skills and clear, persuasive communication
  • Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
