An established educational institution in South Africa is seeking a Senior Academic Programme Developer to join their team. This permanent, full-time role involves overseeing the quality assurance of the curriculum, engaging in academic leadership, and ensuring high levels of academic quality across their programs. Candidates must hold a Master's in Psychology and have experience in learning design and curriculum development. The position operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours as required.

SACAP is looking for a permanent, full‑time Senior Academic Programme Developer, based at the Head Office.
The Senior Academic Programme Developer forms a part of the Institutional Academic Team and is accountable to the Head of Faculty for Applied Psychology for the strategic and innovative engagement with various projects and responsibilities in relation to SACAP’s Academic Programmes to ensure they continually embody high levels of academic quality and rigour. The Senior Academic Programme Developer oversees the Academic Programme Developer and is primarily responsible for the quality assurance of the curriculum, review and updating of the curriculum, development and implementation of assessment practices, and oversight of the curriculum’s amendment and development processes.

This is a full‑time position, permanent, operating from Mondays to Fridays.
