Job summary

A cruise line company is seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property on board the vessel. Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of the vessel to identify any potential security risks

- Respond to security incidents and emergencies according to company protocols

- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

- Conduct security checks on all personnel, cargo, and equipment boarding the vessel

- Collaborate with other security team members to ensure a cohesive and effective security plan

- Stay up-to-date on all security procedures and protocols, and make recommendations for improvements as needed

- Communicate effectively with crew members and shore staff regarding any security concerns or incidents

- Report any security breaches or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities

- Assist with the training and development of new security team members as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
