Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the finance business partner and manage the overall financial operations of the school
  • Participate in campus management and brand campus meetings
  • Drive and manage theannual OPEX and CAPEX budget processes
  • Monitor school expenses and ensure alignment with budgets
  • Ensure accurate billing for customers and third parties
  • Overseeprocurement and accounts payable
  • Manage bursaries, discounts, and ensure all processes are adhered to
  • Oversee debt management and collections, including events, grade camps, and sports tours
  • Preparetimely and accurate financial reports, month-end reconciliations, and CAPEX submissions
  • Ensureaccurate income and expense reportingand support the school principal with budgetary control
  • Act as a liaison between the school and Group Shared Services
Requirements & Experience
  • Bookkeeping or accounting qualification iploma or degree
  • 2 years’ experiencein a similar finance or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Exceptionalattention to detailand organisation
  • Ability to function effectively inhigh-pressure environments
