This position reports to the National Risk and Security Manager:

Responsibilities

• Management of Risk within Transport, Logistics and Fleet management
• Management of Security and Service Providers
• Plan, design and implementing the risk management tactics
• Regularly audit all operational processes from a risk perspective
• Daily risk assessments and evaluations
• Risk auditing and reporting
• Weekly security audit and reporting
• Business continuity plan
• Loss control, exception management and investigations across all regional sites
• Develop a network of intelligence sources to identify high loss areas and develop corrective actions
• On-route risk management
• Dashcam management and affiliated service providers
• Management of the complete Health and Safety function for the site as required and stipulated by law and COVID protocol's
• Innovate and proactively anticipate Risk within Transport, Logistics and Fleet management
• Regularly engage with operational managers

Qualifications & Experience

• Risk Management Qualification
• Minimum 5 -7 years in Middle Management Risk Management in a Logistics or Transport environment
• Forensic qualification & experience preferable
• Exposure of H&S management
