A technology services company is seeking a Level 1 Support Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Provide Level 1 Support for SAP SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central & LMS).
Act as the first point of contact for business users, handling basic issues and coordinating escalations.
Coordinate testing activities with business super users for releases, enhancements, and fixes.
Support training preparation and delivery, including job aids, user guides, and functional walkthroughs.
Maintain and update process, configuration, and testing documentation.
Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth end-user operations.
Understand HR business processes and align system actions or requirements accordingly.
