Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant to join our SAP team.
This role is responsible for the technical development, customization, and integration of SAP CRM modules to support business processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP CRM solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom SAP CRM applications using ABAP, Web UI, and BSP technologies.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and implement user interfaces using SAP CRM Web UI framework.
Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware (PI / PO or CPI) and web services.
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, and SAP enhancement pack implementations.
Provide technical support for SAP CRM incidents and change requests.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Ensure code quality and adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP CRM (7.0 or higher).
Strong proficiency in ABAP, Web UI Framework, BSP, BADI, and enhancement framework.
Experience with CRM One Order Framework, Partner Functions, and Business Transactions.
Integration experience using SAP PI / PO, SAP CPI, IDOCs, and Web Services.
Experience in SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, UI5, or OData services is a plus.
SAP certification in CRM or ABAP is an advantage.
