Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Support Agent. If you have a talent for identifying opportunities, building lasting relationships, and are able to improve sales and increase profits, this is your chance to make a real impact in the Renewable Energy Sector!

Principal Responsibilities

• Working on the CRM system.
• Cold calling.
• Calling new and existing clientele.
• Assisting with technical queries.
• Managing diaries of multiple Sales Reps.
• Data Capturing.
• Upselling products to existing clients.
• Booking site visits, as well as maintenance (B2C).
• Managing Social Media accounts.
• Visiting existing clients to conduct marketing surveys.
• Conduct 200+ telephonic conversations per week.
• Managing events and roadshows for sales reps.
• Reporting and notation.
• Keeping track of dates and handling aftercare support.

Experience and Qualifications

• Matric Certification.
• Driver’s license and own transport is essential.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English).
• Proficient in MS Word, Microsoft Office and Excel.

Advantageous skills include

• Knowledge of Residential Solar systems.
• Experience on a CRM system.
• Data Collection.
• Marketing Experience.

Education

• Required: High School (matric certificate).

Language

• Required: English and Afrikaans fluently.

License/Certification

• Required: Drivers License.
