Salary: R8 000 per month.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (additional admin/sales qualifications advantageous)
  • Proven experience in a similar sales support or admin role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Non-Negotiable: Must have Sage One Accounting Software experience
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling cash and payment records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or inventory management software
  • Customer service experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, receipts, and update CRM records. Assist sales reps with documents and follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
  • Payment Handling: Collect cash and proof of payment, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Admin Tasks: Filing, scanning, data entry, office supply management, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing management reports.
  • Dispatch & Fulfilment: Liaise with dispatch team to schedule collections, verify payments, package goods, and maintain accurate dispatch records.
  • Customer Support: Handle phone, email, and walk-in sales inquiries. Support promotions, campaigns, and event preparations.
