Requirements:
- Grade 12 (additional admin/sales qualifications advantageous)
- Proven experience in a similar sales support or admin role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Non-Negotiable: Must have Sage One Accounting Software experience
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling cash and payment records
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM or inventory management software
- Customer service experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Prepare quotes, proposals, invoices, receipts, and update CRM records. Assist sales reps with documents and follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
- Payment Handling: Collect cash and proof of payment, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Admin Tasks: Filing, scanning, data entry, office supply management, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing management reports.
- Dispatch & Fulfilment: Liaise with dispatch team to schedule collections, verify payments, package goods, and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Customer Support: Handle phone, email, and walk-in sales inquiries. Support promotions, campaigns, and event preparations.
