Position Summary

You will lead sales activities for solid tumor oncology across southern Taiwan. You will build trusted relationships with hospital specialists and healthcare teams. You will work closely with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to turn science and data into clear, patient‑focused actions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, multidisciplinary teams and hospital decision makers in southern Taiwan.
  • Deliver clear, accurate and compliant scientific information to support clinical decision making.
  • Create and execute territory plans to meet objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Use data and local insights to prioritise activity and shape engagement strategies.
  • Work with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to design coordinated, patient‑focused solutions.
  • Monitor the local healthcare environment and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Why You?

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience in oncology or a related therapeutic area.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence hospital‑based clinicians and institutional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin; business‑level English is preferred.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel regularly within southern Taiwan.
  • Hybrid working model: significant time in the field and regular collaboration in the local office.

Preferred Qualification

  • 5+ years of oncology sales experience focused on solid tumors.
  • Experience working with hospital formularies, procurement or tender processes.
  • Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform territory plans.
  • Experience with multi‑channel customer engagement, including digital platforms.
  • Track record of working effectively in cross‑functional or matrix teams.
  • Good understanding of the local healthcare system and reimbursement environment.
Working style and location

This role is based in Taiwan and follows a hybrid working model. You will spend most of your time in the field meeting healthcare professionals and collaborating with team members in the local office. Regular travel across your territory is required.
