As the face of the company, you’ll welcome a global clientele, share the story behind our iconic South African art, and create a memorable retail experience that drives sales.

Salary: R280 per shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage customers warmly and professionally
• Sell uniquely designed Ceramics by highlighting their artistry and cultural value
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle POS transactions and foreign currencies
• Share the company story and history with passion and accuracy
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation and stock control
• Open/close the store and follow security procedures

Requirements:

• Friendly, confident, and great with people
• Retail sales experience (luxury, art, or tourism preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English essential; other languages a plus)
• A natural storyteller with a passion for art and South African culture
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays
• A background in Marketing, Tourism, or similar is a plus but not required.
