Position Overview

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence through effective leadership, strategic planning, and proficient lead conversion strategies. This position requires a results‑driven individual with a keen understanding of scalable sales techniques and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy – Execute existing sales strategies and develop new ones to achieve company objectives, with a focus on expanding market share and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with management to set sales targets, forecast sales volumes, and establish strategic priorities.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion – Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship building. Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to convert leads into sales, utilizing a combination of inbound and outbound techniques. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Develop strategies to retain existing customers and maximize lifetime value through upselling, cross‑selling, and renewal initiatives.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting – Monitor sales performance against targets, analyzing variances and identifying corrective actions as needed. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and streamline sales processes.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis – Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, conducting regular research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics. Identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, adjusting sales approaches accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to gather insights.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation – Continuously seek opportunities to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience through innovation and technology. Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning, adopting new tools and best practices. Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Scalability and Growth – Identify opportunities for scalable growth, exploring new markets, segments, and channels. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute expansion strategies, including geographic expansion and partnership development. Assess organizational capabilities for sustainable growth.
