THE ROLE
Our client in the financial industry is looking for a Sales Manager to m anage and coordinate sales function including sales support, training, national sales through independent advisors, and key account sales. Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve business objectives within regulatory frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Management : Lead and motivate sales team, develop action plans, monitor performance, conduct appraisals, and implement corrective actions to meet business goals.
Sales Operations : Oversee national sales through independent advisors, manage key accounts, coordinate training initiatives, and maintain CRM data integrity.
Compliance & Risk : Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, identify non-compliance issues, and maintain organizational risk management protocols.
Development & Training : Identify team development needs, provide coaching and training, and maintain understanding of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Education : Grade 12 + FAIS recognised qualification or Wealth Management Qualification (RE 5 advantageous)
Experience :
Skills : Strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, sales planning, presentation abilities, CRM systems, and understanding of financial services regulations.
