The Role: Sales Expert
As a Sales Expert, you will play a key role in converting complimentary cover holders into loyal, annual policy customers. You'll connect with passionate cyclists, understand their needs, and present tailored insurance solutions. This is an opportunity to combine your sales skills with a love for cycling while working in an energetic, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Call new 30-day free policy activations to explain product features and encourage sign-up to annual cover.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best coverage options.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
Build rapport with cycling enthusiasts to create memorable customer experiences.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
About You
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
A minimum school certificate is required; a 3-year degree is advantageous.
Passion for cycling and the ability to connect with cycling enthusiasts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative problem solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
Own transport and based in Stellenbosch or nearby areas.
