We are a fast-growing startup on a mission to transform how restaurants manage their reservations and guest experience through seamless AI integrations. While the market may not know us yet, many venues already use ResDiary, a platform we integrate with — and that’s where we come in. We’re now looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us expand our reach within the UK restaurant sector. Your mission? Make the first contact, spark interest, and book meetings that close.

Role Overview

As our SDR, you will be the first voice potential clients hear from. You’ll focus on reaching out to restaurant venues across the UK, with a particular emphasis on those already using ResDiary, and booking high-quality appointments for our business development team. This is a fully remote role where proactivity, persistence, and confidence on the phone are essential. You’ll be working in a startup environment — fast-paced, flexible, and full of opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to restaurant venues across the UK
  • Engage with key decision-makers and book online appointments for the business development team
  • Use HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Understand and communicate our value proposition, especially as it relates to ResDiary users
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve messaging and targeting strategies
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outreach to meet KPIs
Performance Expectations
  • Make at least 75 outbound calls per week
  • Maintain at least 15 engaged calls per week
  • Secure a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an SDR or telesales role
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation — preferably in the hospitality or restaurant tech sectors
  • Confident phone presence and strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with platforms like ResDiary is a strong plus
