Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Cape Town is seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, and possess excellent selling and negotiating skills. Responsibilities include managing sales targets and customer relationships, as well as cold calling to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Own transportation and Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and achieving monthly targets and KPI's.
• Be knowledgeable about all products / SKU's.
• Cold Calling, Sourcing of new customers and growing existing sales.
• Keeping up with the current sales trends on opposition brands.
• Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
• Negotiate prices, trading terms and price increases.
• Implement recommended selling prices.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer relations.
• Travelling throughout the territory and visiting customers on a recurring basis.
• Weekly reports / Price Survey's.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to perform under pressure.
• General Administration duties.
• References will be required.
