We’re looking for a Sales Development Consultant who thrives on building connections, spotting opportunities, and opening doors.

At Sourcefin, we make purchase order funding and invoice discounting easy for South Africa’s forgotten SMMEs. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of growth, sourcing leads, pre-qualifying clients, and building strong relationships that fuel our mission. You’ll work closely with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with tailored financial solutions that make a real difference.

What you’ll do
  • Source leads through online research, networking, events, and industry briefings.

  • Contact clients telephonically, via email, or LinkedIn to create opportunities.

  • Understand prospective clients’ needs and align them with Sourcefin’s financial solutions.

  • Pre-qualify clients and direct them to the right channels for further engagement.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of ongoing relationships.

  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records.
