Main Outcomes:

Implement an efficient people-centric sales process where you as a Sales Consultant grows and maintains your agent base within the informal market (CBDs taxi ranks spaza shops etc.). Your role is to drive results and make sure every agent experiences Awesims high standard of care.

Success looks like:
  • A clean up-to-date CRM with every lead tracked and actioned.
  • On-time reports and documentation.
  • Timely proactive follow-ups so no opportunity goes cold.
  • Smooth handovers to operations or agent onboarding with zero gaps.
  • Elevated trust with internal teams agents and prospects through consistent professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Oversight & Maintenance: Ensure our CRM is accurate, agent details are correct and all processes are tracked accurately.
  • Agent Communication & Coordination: Service & train agents frequently, respond to queries and build and maintain agent relationships.
  • Sales Process Execution: Execute administrative tasks, agent onboarding, and exceed monthly targets to keep sales flow seamless.
  • Quality & Compliance: Check that all documents, data and communications adhere to internal standards, compliance and doing what is right.
  • Reporting & Insights: Ensure timely submission of monthly reports, raise system issues/concerns and provide feedback to Team Lead & CSO.

Knowledge & Experience:
