We’re hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager (Remote | Contract)

BasisPoint Group is a specialist branding and marketing firm serving private investment funds across the alternatives spectrum – including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, and digital asset / crypto funds.

We currently service ~150 investment managers globally and are looking to bring on a Sales & Marketing Manager to support new client acquisition, existing client growth, and brand visibility.

This is a remote, contract role, open to part-time or full-time engagement.

This is a senior, commercially focused position covering both new business and white‑glove management of existing clients.
What you will be responsible for:
  • Managing inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach
  • Qualifying opportunities and managing the sales pipeline
  • Booking and supporting introductory calls, follow‑ups, and conversions
  • Supporting proposals and closing new mandates
  • Nurturing existing client relationships and proactively upselling new services
  • Managing and communicating new services and products to our existing client base
  • Supporting BasisPoint’s positioning and messaging across channels
  • Driving LinkedIn content strategy and engagement
  • Maintaining CRM, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Building long‑term client and referral relationships
