The Role: Sales Agent

The Sales Agent will manage the full B2C sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves proactive prospecting, tailored solution selling, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive renewable energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients via cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Conduct consultations to assess energy needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver clear proposals and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in CRM systems
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and foster customer referrals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to sales strategies
About You
  • 3-5 years experience in a high-volume B2C sales role (solar/related industry advantageous)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace
  • Minimum high school diploma; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Energetic, proactive, and target-driven
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • Strong communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face channels
