A leading financial services company in Bellville is looking for a compliance professional to join its Legal Services team. This role involves promoting and driving compliance and risk management related to policy replacements. Candidates should have a relevant Commerce Degree and expertise in financial services legislation. An understanding of Sanlam products and tools is essential. As part of the Legal Services team within Distribution Support, you will play a critical role in promoting, monitoring and driving compliance and risk management in relation to policy replacements. This includes ensuring adherence to LTIA PPR Rule 19, FAIS, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
