Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Retail Merchandising & Marketing Representative to support and grow our retail presence in mining environments. The role focuses on in‑store merchandising excellence, staff support, and sales growth, working closely with store teams and senior management.

This role is ideal for a young, energetic retail professional with strong merchandising instincts, retail apparel experience, and the flexibility to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising & In‑Store Execution
  • Visit retail stores located at mining operations on a regular basis
  • Implement and maintain high merchandising standards across all stores
  • Ensure optimal product placement, sizing flow, visual appeal, and stock presentation
  • Assist store staff with merchandising best practices and daily execution
  • Monitor sell‑through, identify slow‑moving stock, and make merchandising recommendations
• Marketing & Sales Support
  • Support in‑store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure marketing material is correctly displayed and executed in‑store
  • Work with store teams to drive sales performance and customer engagement
  • Provide feedback from stores to regional and national management
  • Assist in launching new product lines and seasonal ranges
• Retail Operations & Relationship Management
  • Build strong working relationships with store staff and management

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive retail experience, in apparel, footwear and fashion‑related retail
• Proven hands‑on merchandising experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of retail apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Practical in‑store marketing experience
• Good commercial and sales awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays
