Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the Building & Construction industry.

• Proficiency in construction costing software is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and analyse tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
