Qualifications

• 5–8 years' finance experience, including 2+ years in a Controller/lead role.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and exposure to IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP / AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. reporting requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights.
• Improve financial systems and processes.
