A Day in the Life
- As a Remote Sales Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies by leveraging remote communication tools to identify and engage current and potential customers, supporting MDT sales objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop targeted portfolio strategies tailored to local markets, ensuring adaptability and impact.
- Your expertise in creating cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns will be crucial in optimizing our outreach efforts and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative techniques, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organization, making a significant impact on our overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities may include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Develop marketing strategies and quarterly objectives (segmentation, targeting, call to action, key messages) for the selected portfolio under the remote sales team responsibility, including the creation and management of integrated campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using appropriate tools.
- Make data-based decisions, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Map the customer journey to understand and optimize the customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey from awareness to conversion.
- Manage marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Create compelling and relevant content that resonates with target audiences, managing content calendars and coordinating with US / DS / VES / MMI teams.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or remote sales
- Content creation experience
- Fluent in English
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, retail, or business development roles
