• 2+ years of formal experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Graphic Design.
• Familiarity with training tools and software commonly used by VAs.
• Exceptional virtual presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in a remote/BPO environment is highly desirable.
