  • Previous experience in FMCG business management and drugstore channels
  • Strong track record in contract negotiations with central buying offices
  • Excellent selling skills and ability to manage negotiations
  • Solid understanding of key finance documents (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Promote an entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture

Responsibilities

  • Explore and pursue category share growth opportunities
  • Identify key growth opportunities and propose development programs
  • Compile a customer plan with Category, Finance, and Marketing teams
  • Implement Customer Management strategy in the territory
  • Reach sales targets via managing the customer plan
  • Conduct negotiations with customers
  • Monitor execution of agreements
  • Ensure shelf stock availability
  • Coordinate payment processes
  • Monitor competition activities and propose counteractions
