A technology consulting firm is seeking dedicated Remote IT Support Technicians to provide world-class IT support services to UK-based companies. This role requires a minimum NQF Level 4 diploma in IT, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English. Technicians will solve a minimum of three cases daily while working remotely from South Africa. Competitive pay at R350 per case with excellent opportunities for growth.

Overview

We are looking for dedicated Remote IT Support Technicians to join our team and provide world-class IT support services to UK-based companies. This is a fully remote role with competitive pay per case.

Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum NQF Level 4 / Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • Experience: 1–3 years proven IT support/desktop support/helpdesk experience.
  • Language: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to provide remote support via tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, email configurations, and antivirus/firewall troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Soft Skills: Professionalism, time management, ability to work independently, and strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Provide remote IT support to UK-based clients.
  • Strive to meet the target of a minimum of 3 cases solved per day, per user.
  • Submit daily case resolution updates to the designated reporting channel.
Job Details

Rate: R350 ZAR per case
