Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition support, or high-volume hiring.
• Healthcare or multi-site recruiting experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Optimize job descriptions for performance.
• Contact applicants promptly and follow up until a clear outcome is reached.
• Schedule interviews and confirm all details with applicants.
• Communicate regularly with facility HR teams.
