Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer support.
• Personal laptop with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls and emails.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Skills

Excellent Dutch (C1) and English (B2)

Experience with Google Suite
