As part of Hunter New England Local Health District you'll be working within a service dedicated to delivering integrated person-centred care to residents across the region. About the role

As a Registered Nurse with the In-Reach Service you'll play a vital role in supporting residents within Residential Aged Care settings. No two days will be the same as you :

  • Deliver evidence-based care aligned to patient goals
  • Advocate for residents and support families and carers in navigating the health system
  • Respond effectively to changing clinical conditions and emergencies
  • Build therapeutic relationships and practise within ethical and cultural boundaries

This is a role where you'll balance autonomy and teamwork using your skills and compassion to make a real difference in the lives of older people.
