• Valid SANC / HPCSA registration.
• BLS certified.

• Perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner.
• Provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice.
• Manage and maintain all medical equipment according to policies.
• Adhere to quality care processes for the patients.
• Maintain and update all patient clinical records.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

To provide quality care to patients in need of dialysis. Collaborate as a team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance with Universal Renal Care internal policies and procedures.
• To provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice.
• Manage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with to technical policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all Universal Renal Care quality care processes are adhered to for the patients under your management.
• Ensure that all patient clinical records are maintained and updated in accordance with the deadlines, policies & procedures.
• Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the clinic.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
