ABOUT THE ROLE:

To provide quality care to patients in need of dialysis. Collaborate as a team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S:

• To perform dialysis according to prescription in a safe manner and in accordance with Universal Renal Care internal policies and procedures.
• To provide optimal patient care as per the nursing scope of practice.
• Manage and maintain all medical equipment in accordance with to technical policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all Universal Renal Care quality care processes are adhered to for the patients under your management.
• Ensure that all patient clinical records are maintained and updated in accordance with the deadlines, policies & procedures.
• Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the clinic.

E D U C A T I O N & E X P E R I E N C E A N D C E R T I F I C A T I O N R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Registered Nurse / Clinical Technologist qualification
• Computer literate
• Valid SANC / HPCSA registration
• BLS certified.
• Must have own transport and valid driver’s license.
