Overview

The Regional Technical Manager will lead and coordinate all technical engineering and facilities functions across several hospital sites. This senior role ensures optimal performance of medical and non‑medical equipment, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technical operations across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee maintenance of critical hospital infrastructure utilities and engineering systems.
• Manage biomedical equipment upkeep, performance and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary technical team, providing guidance, training and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage technical budgets, procurement, vendor relationships and service contracts.
