Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in warehousing and stocktaking.
• Proficiency in inventory systems (IFS or similar ERP).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and regions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all ordered stock is allocated correctly.
• Document and communicate back orders.
• Reconcile stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare waybills for courier shipments.
• Receive and document incoming deliveries.
