Key Responsibilities :
ð¹ Sales & Strategy
- Drive consistent, profitable growth across the region
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager on strategic sales planning and budgeting
- Monitor tender submissions and customer discount structures
ð¹ Business Development
- Identify and develop new vertical markets and key clients
- Build strong relationships with consultants and end-users
- Partner with Marketing to execute promotional activities
ð¹ Team & Branch Management
- Lead a team of 7 (Sales, Technical Support, and Admin)
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and mentoring
- Control regional budgets, expenses, debtors, and warehouse stock
Requirements : â Qualifications
- Diploma or higher certification in Sales, Marketing, Management, or Engineering (advantageous)
- SAQCC Designer or Commissioner certification (advantageous)
â Experience
- 3+ years in a sales leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Background in distribution, supplier environments, or the fire detection / suppression industry is a plus
- Comfortable with regional travel

- 3 x Sales Representatives
- 1 x Pre-Sales & Technical Support Engineer
- 3 x Office Administrators
