A leading recruitment firm seeks a seasoned legal professional in Johannesburg to manage risk for various companies within Southern and East Africa. This role requires over 12 years of experience in corporate law and demands strong organisational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will support Country Managers in contract negotiations and claims management and ensure effective risk mitigation practices. Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years experience in legal corporate environment.
• Experience on the Africa continent is advantageous.
• Must be computer proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk for assigned companies in Southern & East Africa.
• Support Country Managers and CFOs in contract negotiations.
