The role includes providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the Sub-Sahara region. Qualifications

  • Grade 12 essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with computers and networks.
  • Solid knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across Sub-Sahara region.
  • Respond to technical assistance requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
