Job summary

A global equipment and solutions provider in South Africa is seeking an Inbound Replenishment Planner to ensure efficient material flow into operations. Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP and Planning tools is desired.
• Experience in planning and/or purchasing of components as well as equivalent work is meritorious.
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and cost-effective flow of materials into operations.
• Process replenishment proposals and review ERP/WMS system actions.
• Expedite and track orders for incoming shipments and backorders.
• Communicate updates to Order Fulfillment and Customer Care.
• Monitor supplier confirmations and resolve ACIGNs.
• Handle imports, rejected material claims, and internal returns.
