Responsibilities

• This is a senior, hands-on leadership role running a flagship operation that combines manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and regional sales.
• Sales performance and customer service (DIY retailers, wholesalers)
• Manufacturing and production output
• Warehousing, fleet, and distribution
• Cost control, budgets, and operational discipline
• Leading a team of 100 people
• This role reports directly to the CEO and Board, it will suit a GM from a related business who understands how to run a business end-to-end
