The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective financial support to operations and asset management teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the regional finance function for a commercial property portfolio
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, OPEX and CAPEX expenditure
• Monitor cash flow, debtors, credit control, and recoveries
• Ensure accurate lease accounting, billings, and tenant recoveries
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and governance
• Provide financial insights and reporting to regional and executive management
