Job summary

The role involves overseeing the complete finance function, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and managing the month-end close processes. The ideal candidate will have a CA(SA) qualification, at least 5 years of financial management experience in a multi-branch environment, and exceptional leadership skills. This position requires travel across the KZN region to provide operational support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
• Strong exposure to audit, compliance, operational finance, and reporting.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete finance function for the KZN region.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT and Income Tax.
• Drive the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the region.
