• 2+ years of professional, full-time B2C Sales Management experience in the Education or EdTech Industry.
• Experience working through complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong track record of meeting revenue targets and performance quotas.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of senior/admissions consultants.
• Coordination with the team to achieve KPIs and exceed monthly Revenue Target.
• Training junior admissions staff members as required.
