Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and shortlisting candidates to meet the specific requirements of clients. This role involves close collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will be reporting to the UK director and supporting Consultancy teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on job specifications.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Job Advertising: Draft and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labour market developments to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the coordination of interviews, collection of candidate documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in engineering recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
