The Role
We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team.
You’ll receive full training, tools, and support to succeed in this fast-paced, people-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Consultants to proactively find and engage technical talent (from functional specialists to leaders) using channels such as social media, our ATS (Tracker-RMS), job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Use modern RecTech tools to identify and approach talent - including video platforms, social media engagement, and video/phone interviews.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, developing engaged talent pools through consistent communication.
- Attend client briefings (via Teams) to understand requirements and collaborate with our Consultants to deliver results at pace.
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate interviews, support candidate mailings, and market candidates to target companies.
- Conduct research on LinkedIn and through candidate conversations to identify potential new client opportunities.
About You
- Strong customer service skills – You excel at delivering great experiences for clients and candidates and are confident using CRMs and MS Office.
- High attention to detail – You take pride in accuracy and quality in every interaction.
- Proactive time management – You stay organised and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving – You find innovative ways to engage niche or hard-to-reach talent.
- Relationship building – You’re confident communicating via video, phone, and social media, and enjoy connecting with people.
Success Measures
Meeting or exceeding agreed weekly KPIs and / or revenue targets.
