Overview

Habit Health is a nationwide healthcare provider, specialising in the rehabilitation space. We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realise their full potential. Our Wellington CBD office is looking to welcome a Recruitment Advisor to its busy yet fun-loving HR / Recruitment team. You will support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of allied health and administration roles across the country. This role requires someone who is proactive and enjoys thinking of out-of-the-box ways to build relationships with candidates and managers alike. A main focus of this position is 360 recruitment, ensuring fast-paced and quality hiring. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be based in the Wellington CBD office close to the city\'s main amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the full spectrum of recruitment is carried out to a high standard of efficiency, innovation and care
  • Build local and international candidate talent pools
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure best practice in recruitment with an emphasis on positive relationship building
  • Source candidates through a variety of tools and resources
  • Lend support to strategy development for quality recruitment

Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 2 years\' internal or recruitment agency experience - you are no stranger to high volume recruiting
  • Excellent communicator - you will be building relationships with managers, regional teams, candidates and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of and experience in allied health recruitment preferred
  • You are organised and a problem solver, able to see the bigger picture
