The role demands excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of recruitment experience, focusing on 360 recruitment for allied health and administration roles. Our Wellington CBD office is looking to welcome a Recruitment Advisor to its busy yet fun-loving HR / Recruitment team. You will support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of allied health and administration roles across the country. This role requires someone who is proactive and enjoys thinking of out-of-the-box ways to build relationships with candidates and managers alike. A main focus of this position is 360 recruitment, ensuring fast-paced and quality hiring. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be based in the Wellington CBD office close to the city\'s main amenities.
