A growing cleaning company is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to manage the recruitment of cleaners across the UK. This fully remote role involves contacting candidates, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the recruitment team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK.

You'll work closely with the recruitment team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
  • Maintain online candidate records.
  • Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
  • Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
  • Provide general admin support to the recruitment team.
  • Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: R7, per month
  • 40 days paid leave per year
